I find myself being afraid/nervous/anxious about the what if’s and tired of holding onto true worry for other people- especially those I love- they never asked me too- I just do- something I did as a child to keep the peace- 2023 will be my year to lay that down and let it grow legs so it can walk away when it’s ready! Thank you for sharing your journey- all these things bubble up within us from year to year- you’ve given voice to those feelings we didn’t quite know what they were

I certainly remember the poem. Especially the tea cups (which now get used) and the hope chest.
